Independent Audit and Related Tax Services
Proposal Overview Pensacola Sports Association, Inc. ("Pensacola Sports" or "PS") is seeking proposals from qualified certified public accounting firms to provide independent audit, annual Form 990 preparation, and related financial statement services. The selected firm must be able to plan and begin transition work by November 1, 2026 and complete the audit for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026 within PS’s reporting deadline. Pensacola Sports may award a one-year engagement, with renewal options for additional years based on performance, Board approval, continued independence, and mutually acceptable fees and terms.
